I ordered two storm doors at the excellent Alexandria location. The Sterling location was responsible for installing them. They arrived at the warehouse before Christmas, but were installed two months later, only after prodding. Apparently, the company does not have enough staff to handle installations when one employee is out. Two comments beyond that-- I was not given a manual, but instead referred to a QR code on one of doors. Who wants to read a manual on a phone? Also, the company did not pre-fill the warranty so I will have to conduct a search for my paperwork in order to fill out the warranty information.

Had a great experience with this company for a new ProVia front door. Got several bids and this was the best. They were good communicating on timeline and throughout the process. The installer was excellent: said he had done thousands of doors. I believe it. He came back to confirm measurements and then was in charge of installation 7 weeks later when door arrived. The peephole exterior glass was scratched a bit during transit. Window and Door came back and replaced that. Service technician was quiet and respectful because my toddler was napping upstairs when he came to replace peephole. Professional, quality experience all the way.
