I had Nick replace the inner parts of my three 40 year old toilets. He took care of them all after making sure I understood all my options to deal with aging toilets. They all worked like new when he left. Unfortunately, later in the day of repairs, one of the three toilets seemed unable to flush completely. I called Wacker and they apologized for the trouble and sent Nick back. He augered the toilet that was not working well, and that fixed the issue. There was no charge for the visit and fix. The water pressure from one bathroom faucet had gradually weakened over time, so we scheduled a small plumbing service visit to investigate the issue. The plumber cleaned the line, replaced the aerator, and checked nearby connections while completing the repair. The appointment took less than an hour. Compared to before, the faucet runs much more smoothly and the water flow feels noticeably stronger and more even.
