I love this Ulta. The employees are super nice and the store is always clean with organized testers. Way better than other Ulta’s I’ve been to in the area

*EDIT - I took off a star because the last couple of times I’ve been here, the vendors have been sharks.
I don’t know who the Estée Lauder lady working on 3/11/26 was, but she came up to me asking if I wanted a “fabulous makeup match” when I was in the fragrance section. I politely declined, and she asked if I wanted any serums or skincare. I get skincare sent to me on a weekly basis so I absolutely do not need any more but when I tried to explain that, she turn around and left before I even finished...read full review

Although there is always someone greeting and saying welcome, it didn’t happen this time but it’s OK- Sabina Made up for the in-store experience-I had a question about IT cosmetics and she helped matched me for more of what I was looking for. She also showed me a moisturizer and kind of explain things to me in regards to how having a good moisturizer or primer goes hand-in-hand with the way your foundation sits on your skin. .

I just found her to be very helpful and delightful and I’ve been coming here for a long time and my experience has always been good.

I look forward to this moisturizer that she introduced me to!
