I spoke with Dion and also the manager that came out a couple of days ago, I believe his name is Jeff. Jeff communicated what was supposed to be doneto Dion. Jeff stated the aeration had not been set up yet, but he would let me know. Dion did a good job and was helpful and explained the service he was about to perform.

I love TruGreen. All of their techs are pleasant and easy to talk with and TruGreen makes it so much easier to have a nice lawn with so much less physical work, for the same price. I previously spent so much money on weed control and fertilizer and worked so hard . My yard looks so much better now and I am putting maybe 25% of the work that I previously did, L still rake leaves and to dethatch the lawn.

As always, TruGreen called me a couple of days before the service to tell me when they will be coming to do the service. The technician Christopher Bayless came on time , Informed what he will be doing. He was professional and courteous. Left me a note about what he did and what he observed. TRUGREEN App is superb ! Very easy to use and has good information regarding past services and upcoming ones based on the plan I signed for. Good Job TruGreen by using technology and developed an App that run on iPhone and other mobile devices.
