We recently had our roof replaced by RNC Roofing and Construction Group at our home in Leesburg, VA, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. The crew was professional, organized, and worked very efficiently.
Fernando, the owner, stayed in constant communication throughout the entire process and made sure we always knew what was happening with the project. That level of customer service really gave us peace of mind. The roof looks great and the cleanup after the job was impressive. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing roofing work
I've now used RNC twice, once for a minor repair at my home, once for what turned into a significant ordeal at my business. They could not have been more professional or more compassionate, explained everything they needed to do, and went truly above and beyond in battling with my insurance company. They communicate quickly and effectively (including by text message, so convenient when I'm wall-to-wall at work), and truly give a damn about their work. What a refreshing experience! I truly can't recommend them enough.
