Premier Works served as our general contractor for a full scope of work including painting, electrical, HVAC installation, flooring, and a washing machine install. Dan and his team worked hard to get it right, balancing our ambitious vision against time and budget at every step. Dan and Brad specifically took the time to refine scope with us, making smart tradeoffs so we could stay on budget without losing our dream for the space.

His team was punctual, communicative, and followed through on what they said they'd do. They also handled a number of special orders along the way, including a custom curtain installation and special order projector paints that had to be imported through US Customs. Brad and Dan kept communication tight throughout and were flexible whenever we needed to adjust.
