I have lots of questions and concerns about dentistry. The Dr and staff here have taken time to answer all of them as they arise. In the time that I have presented conflicting information they listened and addressed my concerns, and further, accommodated what I wanted for my teeth wherever they could. This alone makes this office stand out, but to add to it, my visit was smooth, with barely any pain to my filling even though I had no anesthesia. Also, an important alignment issue was discovered that had gone unnoticed by other dentists. I do plan to return, and appreciate the care taken here.
I never have experienced such excellent customer service. The ladies up front made me feel so welcome and calmed my nerves and made me laugh. Great team. The assistant was so sweet and kind and the doctor explained the process thoroughly and showed such sincere care for me. I left with such a remarkable first impression of all the staff. I cannot rave enough about the people here. If I had an award to give, without question, this office deserves it. I found my dentist. Thank you!
Always the best care provided at PFFD. I've been receiving dentistry services here for over 15 years. And now, my aging mother is a patient, as well. The entire team is so welcoming and accommodating to assist my mother during each visit. How do I give them 10 stars?!
