Offutt plumbing saved the day! Short story - toilet failure, water pouring through ceiling from second floor to first floor, toilet valve failure and needed to turn shut off water to the entire house. Offutt came out that afternoon (within the hour!), replaced the valve and gave the toilet some more TLC. Just like that - it went from disaster to disaster averted. Thank you Offutt!
