Working with Dr. Ratcliffe has been a completly new experience for me in the medical field. I suffered a workplace injury and slipped a disk late on a Friday afternoon--Dr. Banks was able to see me next-day and developed a treatment plan for my circumstance with a clear timeline and goals for me right then and there.
Dr. Banks and his staff continued to work with me as my condition changed over the course of several months to get me back in full working condition. I always felt properly cared for during my visits and appreciated the variety of exercises/therapies available to me to best heal my back.
