The crew was professional and thorough. All our gutters were cleaned, downspouts flushed and the blockage taken care of. Pictures were sent via email to document the work done. Our property was left neat and tidy.
I am commenting on Ned Stevens power washing. It was the first time we had this service done. they did a fabulous job cleaning the aluminum siding, drivingway, and walkway. Our patio was extremely dirty with weeds, mold and mildew. They had to especially spend tie on it and they were very thorough. It looks like a new patio.
They did a fast and proficient job. The only problem I would say is not having a window for arrival even a four hour one would have. Let me know if I had the ability to leave my house. Even though they said I didn’t need to be there, my faucet is located inside my garage so I did want to be available. Also, the first trip there the ladder was too short so I had to schedule the next day and waited again, but I will say they were very pleasant made no mess and I saw my gutters running clear.
