This was a great experience from beginning to end. The admin staff and the techs were both professional and helpful. The work itself was completed fast, gutters and downspouts cleaned thoroughly despite the gutter guards I'd even forgotten I had. On top of that, I had a small place under the gutter that had come loose from the wooden piece that held it in place. One of the techs quickly fixed it for me! Thank you!! Bugs were getting in there. The price is great and the company wonderful. Highly recommended.
They did a good job cleaning the gutters and informing me of problems with the gutters.Things I didn't like:-They don't tell you when they're going to come. They don't even tell you what day. You just get a text when the crew is on the way that you can't respond to. There's no way to schedule around them if you don't know when they're coming.-The service is noisy because they do it with a power washer, and they don't tell you that in advance. I am autistic and sensitive to noise, and this was very disruptive for me. A heads up would have been appreciated.-They cleaned up the leaf debris, but there is a whole ton of roof grit all over my back deck and roof shingle debris...read full review
They came when I wasn’t home and cleaned my gutters. They also let me know of certain problems they detected that need to be addressed. The price was very reasonable with a first time customer coupon which was very nice. They are very professional.
