Excellent experience at the office today! From the front desk to my meeting with the dentist I had an overwhelmingly positive experience. Truly appreciate the staff for making me feel comfortable and addressing all my concerns. A sincere thank you to Emily, who took the time to explain the everything in detail during my cleaning!
Dr. Batistas, Lesley, and Lilli are amazing! They are so kind and walk you through every step of their work. I was really afraid of the dentist and these three have made it a painless process! Also, Dorinda is also very kind and willing to listen to patients and their needs. This team does go above and beyond to make sure patients are comfortable either in the chair or when it comes time to pay the dreaded bill!
Had a great visit at this facility today. Everyone is so friendly and so welcoming. Honestly, the excellence and Customer Service started way before my physical appointment. From the moment that I scheduled all the way leading up to today, the staff have just been incredible. Imagine going to the dentist and they do keep it very professional, but you also feel like you just went and hung out with your girlfriends. This is an amazing wonderful practice to receive care from.
