His team also installed a door and trim for a closet space that I needed finished. In short, my flooring and carpentry experience with Floorware Interior Works was great! Sasan has a great eye for design and can advise on aesthetics, which I appreciate. His showroom has a wonderful selection of flooring material and I was able to find one that suited my house perfectly. Communication - Excellent and prompt. Is 10 stars possible? 5 stars simply don't do justice to Sasan's business. Took me a while to write this review since life has been busy with a newborn. Sasan is by far, one of the best people our family has come across is NOVA. Impeccable business ethics, quick to respond, immense focus on customer experience, dedicated staff that will never cut corners. Sasan doesn't simply delegate the project to his contractors and walks away; he ensures to be hands on with specific details of the planning process and hands off during execution. Amazing and compassionate service. We were rushing to provide carpeting for our elderly parent in an effort to mitigate potential falls. The local home improvement store was a complete failure. The Floorware team went above and beyond - meeting with us immediately to pick a safe floor covering and then taking time to ensure a safe install. If we could give a 10 star rating we would. Fair price, quality carpet and compassionate, timely and professional service. Our Dad is beyond pleased. They treated him with respect and kindness - something missing often in service theses days. Top recommendation.
