I had the most amazing experience with Ayoub Carpet & Rug Care in Sterling. Five stars isn’t enough. A dog had severe accidents on my high-end rug. My desperate attempts to clean it made it even worse. I called Jimmy Ayoub, the president of the company. Jimmy personally stepped in to handle the delicate cleaning of my rug and the results were amazing. He explained how difficult it would be to get the rug cleaned in light of the specific fibers in this particular rug, but after two hand-cleanings and then the purchase of an additional specialized product to improve the end-result, the rug was almost like new. Melvin, Eduar and Leo did a great job cleaning my carpet and 3 couches and 2 chairs. They were friendly and efficient . I highly recommend Ayoub for rug, carpet and upholstery cleaning.
