I had an out-of-state technician, she was from Illinois area and I believe the name on my recent email said her name was Marrissa, she stood out to me because she had the cutest heart shaped glasses that matched her personality which was so bright, warm and kind. She actually came to my door and explain everything that was going to happen. Normally I don't get face to face interaction when a tech comes and serves my house they do the service and leave but Marrissa did! It was so nice to have somebody actually explain what service I was getting done and explain the difference between the two services I get because nobody has before.
