This place was very professional. Frank, who was working the day I went in to get my battery replaced with a broken screen promptly explained he could fix it as well as the process in order to fix my battery without having to replace both broken screens ( front and back ). He was very nice, honest and explained everything. They Started working on my phone immediately. Took them all but 30 minutes if that to replace my front screen and brand new battery. Highly recommend Frank at EZ-FIX.
Note; I called 3 other stores in my area to fix my battery and they said it would cost 2x as much and would take up to 24-48 hours to complete.
My laptop screen was broken, I took it to EZFIX dulles. He was very knowledgeable, the price was reasonable and I got my laptop in a timely manner. Thankyou for a job well done! I would definitely recommend him
Frank took care of my Samsung A13 power button issue with no trouble at all. Other local repair shops couldn't figure it out. Ordered the part, and fixed it next day in 10 minutes.
