Huge thanks to John at MiTecShop! He saved me a lot of stress by accurately diagnosing my daughter’s iPad charging issue for free. Turns out I just needed a higher wattage Apple certified charger. Honest, professional, and knowledgeable. I’ll definitely be back for any future tech needs!

The best! Took my iPhone XR to apples certified repair at Best Buy in sterling and was told they cleaned my charging port out. Well, two days later the intermittent charging issues came back. Called MiTecShop today and he got me in the same day. Was assuming I needed the charging port replaced because apple already attempted to clean it. Well, turns out apple sucks and MiTecShop saved me a lot of $$$$, they were honest and told me just needed to be cleaned correctly. You all have my business for life! Thanks so much!

Very sketchy location. However, the technicians did a great job repairing our iPad. And they got the job done faster than they originally estimated. And it was less expensive than other places.
