Our generator wouldn't start consistently as designed when power is lost. The technician evaluated the system and the total onsite time it took was 45 minutes. I evaluated my invoice and noticed 1.75 hours labor charge. I was charged $125.00/hour for the technician to travel to my location and evaluate the system. I have used the company for a couple years and the office is 10 minutes from my location and never received/noticed the additional labor hour charges. I was informed they charge the travel rate as labor, all of the time. They wrap the charge up as one line item called labor.
