I had a new patient visit with Dr. Sachdeva and unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing!! My appointment was scheduled for 4:30 PM, but I wasn’t seen until 5:30 PM, with no acknowledgment or apology from the front desk or the Dr herself! When I expressed concern about the delay to her, I was told it was her fault for being late and not a single apology. There was a complete lack of professionalism, empathy, and accountability. The office environment also left a lot to be desired... it felt poorly maintained and not at all like a proper medical facility. Overall, I would NOT recommend this practice or Dr. Sachdeva based on my experience.

1) I was in the middle of explaining what health problem I have and then her cell phone went off. She looked at it and put her hand up to me and answered her phone. Then she hangs up after she was done talking while I awkwardly sat there, doesn't apologize or explain why she had to take it.2) While I was getting examined, she didn't wear gloves, and neither did the med student.3) It clearly says in my medical history that I just had a baby and the first thing she said to me after saying hello was "That's a lot of weight".Ok, well now I understand why out of the all the doctors in my area, this was the only one accepting new patience...

Worst doctor experience I've ever had. Her office always double-books so you will sit there a minimum of and extra hour in the waiting area. Once you get to see her, she rushes you out, and acts inconvenienced if you ask her any questions. I would have to also question the sanitary standards, if the areas you can see are dirty, what does the back area look like?
