I don’t know why so many bad reviews, fortunately I didn’t take a decision based in the reviews and decided to go to this place.I went as a walk in, the checking in process was very fast and efficient, the wait time to being seen was almost 5 minutes after I ended all the paperwork.The Dr that took care of me was very professional, she listened to all my doubts and didn’t look trying to rush, she explained to me everything very good and was patient with all my doubts and gave my some advices. Great attention.

I was not sure how I would do a rating on Inova because a week ago my wife showed up early and was told no nurse or NP or anyone was going to be in until 1 pm and so we had to go to Vienna Urgent care where there was no issue. Today however after an hour wait for a walk-in I was seen and the nurse and Doug was efficient and courteous. I will rate it based on both visits and hope management can figure out what happened a week ago.

Alicia Alden is the absolute best! Great personality, attentive, very witty, cool as a cucumber and 100% competent. She's a Doctor of Nursing in addition to being a Family Nurse Practitioner. Luckily for patients, she provides excellent primary care! The great thing about her background is she knows the inside scoop that nurses know about certain procedures & surgeons. She knows the details that you need to know as you plan your medical treatments. I needed a hiatal hernia repair. Based on her relationships and experience, she knew exactly who was great and her referral was 100% on point!
