Dr Karina Lanning and her staff were so wonderful. I came in a few minutes before my appointment and they took me in immediately to see the doctor instead of wait for my appointment time (which was incredible for me). I have a slight astigmatism in my right eye, which I always felt was neglected prior by many optometrists. However Dr Lanning made sure to speak to me about how it may affect my vision. New Era Eye Care's staff were very nice. I appreciated them for being able to lookedup deals for contacts (as I do not have insurance). My appointment was very fast and the total was very affordable. Thank you all so much for a great experience. I'm really happy with my visit and did not want it to go unnoticed :) Update: Still my favorite optometrist office. I just ordered contacts via phone and I spoke to a nice woman. She offered me great deals and packages, and completely understood that I may feel more comfortable having the contacts shipped directly to me because of Covid19. Shipping was free and she did mention the measures they are taking during the pandemic, which I admire. Thank you!

Oscar is so wonderful to work with. I am from out of town a newbie to glasses and was having trouble with my peripheral vision on glasses. He knew exactly what would help make my glasses a better experience for me. I am not a fashion person, but Oscar fit me with glasses that have I have had so many compliments on, that I can honestly say I enjoy wearing my glasses. And best of all, he fixed my issue with the peripheral vision and wider field of view. The customer service is top notch at this place. You won't be disappointed with Oscar or Saina who greets you with a warm smile and a feeling of being home.
