Excellent service was provided when checking my HVAC. Customer service and timelines were excellent. The price for the service was very reasonable. Javier, the technician, has excellent communication skills, knows his job well, and has an exceptional attitude. Highly recommended. Javier, the technician who checked my HVAC unit, was honest and responsive. I will definitely use Donmar for my heating and cooling maintenance check.
HVAC purchase and installation.
Technicians Manuel and Edgardo, installed my new HVAC on 4 Sept 2026. They were very thorough and patient with the process as issues arose with installing it due to my Condos’ HOA poor management skills of the property, including scheduling. Once the project got started, they were quick and even taught me how to set-up my thermostat. They also taught a thing or two to my PM’s Tech. Excellent Service!

I am very pleased with the services provided by Donmar. The technician Edgar is the best in the business. He is dedicated, hardworking, and passionate about his work. They replace two of my HVAC systems, two ac units and two furnaces. Edgar went above and beyond to ensure everything was done neatly and passed inspections. He also re-installed my humidifier and ensured it worked with the ecobee thermostat. Edgar is a real asset to the company and I have never seen a technician that is so conscientious as he is about his work. I will definitely use this company in the future.
