I like this place. Doctors are straight shooters. No surprises ans sensible pricing.

Very caring, attentive, professional, and wonderful people. We have two senior cats that are seen here and each visit we leave with a thorough understanding of how to best care for them. They are always in excellent hands here. We are so grateful to have found such a great care team for our family!

Wish I could give negative stars for ultimately having to put our dog down over this experience:

After paying $1,900 for the entire experience of six teeth being pulled, Church Road Animal Hospital accidentally sent our dog home with instructions & pills for 14 days of antibiotics, when apparently they only meant it to be seven days. He stopped being able to keep food down, started having blood in his stool, became lethargic, lost all of his interests. When we called them, we found out there had been a mistake and were instructed to bring him in for a shot and more meds (and, yes, they charged us for the medication to reverse their own damage). He has finished the new protocol and, five weeks out from surgery, still can't keep food down (not even boiled chicken and rice). I am currently washing my rug for the 15th time, and they have yet to initiate any follow up or demonstrate concern.

EDIT to the reply: We were 100% never told to discontinue antibiotics. When we called, the vet was shocked and startled to hear we were given instructions/amount for two weeks' worth, stating that it should only have been one. By then, it was too late; we had finished the course. Contact on their part was initiated after seeing our review, but we are not interested in maintaining a relationship with this vet.

Was initially a 2 star review, but dropped upon seeing false statements in their reply.

My cat had a tooth extracted here. The staff was very nice and explained everything before and after the procedure. Budget friendly compared to other vets. Got her scheduled for a visit very fast. No complaints AT ALL. THANK YOU!

Great Experience Always!!
I have been bringing my dog here for the last 5 years. Last week I brought him for a bad cough on an Emergency basis .
They were very nice as always and helped me treat my dog.
Both Dr. Ritu Sharma and Dr. Navdeep Sharma are very professional and knowledgeable.
Their staff is extremely pleasant, facility is clean , and they are reasonably priced.
Highly recommend this place!

Horrible care. Over priced. Prices vary depending on if he knows you or not.

Do not recommend. Dr. Sharma was not very empathetic to my dog’s anxiety and seemed very rushed. He also did not seem to know what he was doing. Very expensive and not good care.

Dr. Sharma and Sharma are the absolute best. I don’t trust anyone else to care for my Holly and never once have a felt like I was being forced to do treatment or felt like they were after making money. These vets and their staff care about the animals and give 110% every time!

Dr. Sharma and the employees at Church Road hospital always give exceptional care to all my animals and always provide detailed explanations. They answer every and all questions I have and I couldn’t be more happy with a vet like Dr. Sharma!
