I wish I lived closer because Charly would be my regular barber. Made an appointment to get my haircut before a flight at Dulles. Charly is an artist. Tools are sanitized before he uses each one, very precise with blending and a perfect fade. His razors/clippers were the smoothest cut I’ve ever had. Will be back whenever I am in town. 10/10 service.
