The technician took time to make sure the job is done properly, but still missed something, as we noticed the utility box for sprinkler system in the backyard remained open a few weeks after the winterization. Long exposure of the pipelines, wires, etc., to rain and animal activities may cause problems and the cost of repair may fall on the customer. Not sure how they will handle the issue when real problem occurs several months later during Spring turn-on. Hope there is a happy ending.
