I had a broken TV delivered and took it to Sterling for exchange. Unfortunately for delivery items you apparently cannot return online delivered items. Tony the Geeksquad manager stepped up and exchanged my TV probability to the detriment of the store. That’s customer service. Thanks Tony!
Very bad customer service, they take a long time to serve the customer, you sell car stereos and they don't install it, they make you buy it and tell you to make an appointment to install it somewhere else.
I don’t go to Best Buy very often but tonight 01/27 at around 6:33pm my husband and I were looking to buy a laptop, 4 employees came by to check on us and gave us some advice, one of them stood out the most (unfortunately, he didn’t have a name tag) but he was amazing, he went above and beyond, comparing and explaining different laptops and helping me find one that suited my needs. He was very personable and seemed to have extensive computer knowledge. Props to him and his team!
