Visited this nail spa in the mall and had a terrible experience. Lee, the nail technician, used tools from a random box instead of one of the sterilized bags. When I asked her to use the sterilized bags, she claimed that the tools in the box were already sterilized. I insisted on a different set of tools, but she refused and insisted that her tools were sterilized. I took her word and let her continue. During the process, I asked her shape the nails round but she left did square instead. The nail color application was also terrible. You can get much better service for $25. Never returning.
I should have listened to the reviews. It was just the only one available in the mall, and I’m traveling. Mistake. Do yourself a favor and just don’t! I had a dip manicure- $60 with tip (I’m an idiot) and it wasn’t the color I wanted (they had a very limited selection- should have been my first clue). She was having trouble with the chemical or the base dip. I don’t know, but it kept turning bluish purple one what I wanted was light pink so she had to do a bright pink to cover it up. Still blotchy.
Stopped in last minute before flight. Surprised my mom with a pedicure.
