Such a great vet experience! My dog is extremely anxious, and the staff were all so gentle and patient with her. Dr Jones himself was down on the floor with her while he did the examination, and let her hide under a chair while he checked her eyes and ears. She was so much more comfortable by the time the appointment was finished, and it was all thanks to the thoughtful and caring treatment of the staff. Great place!
Best in the area and it’s not particularly close, took my pup there when I first got him, have since moved further out making the drive now 45minutes as opposed to what used to be 5 minutes. Wasn’t even a consideration to take him somewhere else. The care/flexibility/advice/relationships are all world class.
Dr Mitchell and her team are just fabulous! She came highly recommended by my friends and colleagues, many who have been with her since she opened Animal Medical Center. She is very methodical in her approach to everything (rather than people who say you need every test on the sun) and Dell was so relaxed being AT a vet's office he fell asleep on the tile floor!
WE got test results in under 24 hours and were able to schedule a necessary ultrasound (recommended by previous vet; didn't want to take him to VCA) within a weeks time.
