We had Academy Sealers come out to sealcoat and crack-fill our shared driveway. William came out in person, reviewed the condition of the driveway, and gave us a clear written estimate with separate pricing for each section. The team completed the work as scheduled and the driveway looks much better overall.
What I appreciated most was their honesty about the condition of an older driveway: they explained that some spider-web cracking may still be visible and that sealing/crack filling is more about managing deterioration than making the driveway brand new. Reasonable price and decent job overall. They come out soon after you call and that is good. However, they go too fast and it shows. Uneven streaks left behind and they left sealant footprints in the road at our house. Yesterday they did the same in front of our neighbor's house. This was after we called and they came back to clean up the sealant prints in the road. Their flyer explains that they will walk through your grass with sealant covered boots...but be prepared for a real mess. It's like they take pride in ruining your lawn and roadway instead of putting something down and walking over it. It's that lack of attention to detail that stands out after... read full review
