We were having some issues with one of our AC units, so we contacted AC Doc. Communication from start to finish was excellent. Scott Mullen (owner) came out and did a thorough examination of the unit. He quickly diagnosed the issue, but instead of telling us to replace the unit altogether, he said he could extend the life by about a year. That was music to our ears. Sure enough, a little over a year later the unit died right as summer began, but we had anticipated this. We again contacted Scott. He came out the next day and he looked at the unit to see if the issue could be fixed. When it couldn't, he clearly explained the issue and presented a number of options, recommending the most practical and cost effective option that met our family's needs. Scott and his team did a great job with the installation. Unfortunately, the unit had a rare manufacture defect, but Scott was highly responsive and reinstalled a new unit the very next day. We've had the unit for nearly two years now and haven't encountered any issue since. AC Doc also replaced our water heater with no issues. Scott truly stands by his work and provides the highest level of customer service. We highly recommend AC Doc - one of the most trustworthy and reliable home services in Loudoun County.
