VIP Groomers did SUCH an INCREDIBLE job grooming my sweet little shih tzu. He HATES having a bath. He puts up a bit of fight. (No biting or any of that nonsense; he just wiggles and tries to get away.) Well, these guys were not phased and were well prepared for wiggle worms! They treated him kindly and gently despite his protest. When I got him back he was clean, perfectly cut, and looked amazing! I couldn't believe it. I have never seen him look so incredible. Cannot recommend this place enough! When Petco turned me away because I had travelled 50 minutes and was 8 minutes late for my appointment, I was panicked. I had driven all that way, so I called the only other groomer in town open early enough to accommodate my schedule, VIP groomers. They were SO NICE and took me in very last minute because they knew how desperate I was and they were wonderful! They asked me all kinds of questions about my dog's skin and what exactly I was looking for and had lots of options for being as sensitive to her needs as possible, and even mentioned that they wouldn't cut my dog's long pretty eyelashes without me even having to ask! This is the best grooming service in the business. Ms. Janice and her staff are phenomenal and you definitely get the experience that your pet is Very Important. Thank you for always providing superior services to me and Foxy.
