I have used Sprouse since I bought my house several years ago for quarterly mainentance and they have always been wonderful to work with. Aaron in particular is extremely knowledgeable and personable. He listens to my concerns, if I have any, and addresses them if necessary. If I don't need a service he will never perform one. He is very honest in that respect. If I need anything in-between appointments they respond ASAP. Highly recommend!
I had a whole mess of yellow jackets busy building a nest in our roof. I was killing 5-15 a day inside the house. So on a friend's recommendation I called Sprouse's. The friendly lady managing the office got back to me quickly, and having someone in the area I was greeted by Kris in about 15 minutes. He was friendly and professional. Told me how he was gonna take em out and what he was gonna use and how it worked. The price and if they show back up in 30 days they would come back and hit em again at no cost to me. So far, no yellow jackets. Outstanding. Im probably gonna call these folks for any pest control needs in the future.
