No one beats their work. The experience shows! Lemme tell ya. Ms. Song is my favorite seamstress. I don't trust any place but this shop. She can be grumpy, sure, but she's diligent and quick. If you want the silver spoon treatment don't come here. If you want quick, good, fair work, then this is your place.
Song does impeccable work. She is very quick, reasonably priced and knowledgeable. She is brutally honest and it may offend people but, she is always right. Some say she had bad customer service; I say it is an honest assessment of what we as customers are asking her to do.
It was okay, but I could not understand the lady who waited on me. There was a language barrier. She was very unfriendly and said that I came at a bad time. I don't know what she meant. There was no one else in there who she had to wait on. All she had to do was hem a pair of jeans and I would go back when they were ready. She did the work and there was no problem, but because of her unfriendliness, I will not go back. I don't know if she was the owner , but she had no customer service abilities.
