We worked with Brittney when we were picking out our tile, she was very patient. She did not rush us to make a decision on what we picked out and explained the difference in the product we were looking at. We picked out kitchen and bathroom flooring. Lucas and Carlos installed the flooring we had a little hick-up with the bathroom floor we went by and told Brittney and ask for Lucas to to be the one to come back, Lucas shows pride in his work. we are very pleased with our floors and would highly recommend Smiley Tile.
Excellent customer service! They didn't have what we needed and told us a competitor who could help us. We were able to get exactly what was needed at the competitive supplier the same day. Now that is CUSTOMER SERVICE above and beyond!
We searched for months for just the flooring we wanted. We finally found it right around the corner at Smiley. The staff, particularly Mike, was knowledgeable, helpful and so easy to work with. Mike did the hard work of getting us the best price available and followed up diligently to get our flooring to us more quickly than we expected.
Don’t buy anything from anyone until you have given Smiley a chance. You will NOT be disappointed. Will absolutely use them as out store of choice from now on.
