I'm very pleased with the service and attention I receive from University Cleaners. Once, when I brought in a vintage wool coat I expressed concern that some of the 11 buttons might come off during the cleaning process. The owner said she would sew them on better before cleaning. Wow! Now that's incredible service!
Had an amazing experience today's at Rich's - I came in today only to get my shirt pressed for my brothers wedding. I'm from out of state and was just gonna do a quick drop off and pick up. The gentleman took it on the spot and finished it in no time.The shirt looked great!His kindness and generosity was greatly appreciated! I was truly thankful and surprised at this gesture! Thank you!
