Kyle (Service Rep) was prompt, courteous and very knowledgeable. He was very helpful answering general PM questions and seasonal thermostat settings to reduce annual workload on HVAC systems.

The install crew did a great job in a timely manner and left everything clean and answering any questions I had about the thermostat and the system that was installed. The salesman Creg is a very nice man and cares about his customers by explaining the difference between the systems based on affordability. I would recommend Mountain Valley to anyone needing an HVAC system whether is a new install service on an existing unit. Thanks Mountain Valley
