Returned here after not seeing a dentist in 10 years. The practice has changed hands twice, but I was still seen by the same hygienist I had seen when I was younger and I was happy to see her again.I had some fairly obvious problems and knew going in that I would need work done. I didn't feel judged by either the hygienist nor Dr Krupp for having gone so long without seeing a dentist or the state my teeth were in. We simply acknowledged what the problems were and separated the work into several appointments to take care of it.I was paying out of pocket, so I asked if it was possible to get an estimate of how much it would cost. Back tooth filled, gentle so very little discomfort. I had several questions about upcoming procedure, Dr. Krupp took his time to answer all my questions and any concerns. Overall good experience.

As with every visit to Dr. Karrel's office, this one was very smooth. It went quickly, in a pleasant way. I really appreciate the way all of my questions are answered, often additional and useful information is provided. Everyone is calm, pleasant, positive and polite. I have nothing but praise for the entire staff and personal of Dr. Karrel office. That includes the good Dr. K.
