First time working with All-Temp and while the diagnosis could have been less severe (my boiler's fault); the service could not have been better. Have professionally been in customer service for 50 years and this organization exemplifies the "excellent" in... excellent customer service...at least with respect to my situation. Courteous, responsive, professional with excellent follow-up. The technician Austin was an appropriate face for this company as he was extremely professional and attentive to the problem at hand and always left his work area cleaner than when he arrived. He even managed to get along with our dog...who does not get along with anyone.... read full review
Isaac was wonderful. He came out the same day (Friday evening) and followed up with us on Saturday morning. He was professional and knowledgeable. He took his time to explain everything to my partner and me.
What an amazing company! From the first phone call with Jenny (dispatcher) to the services performed (Matt and Chris)from the start to finish, the entire team was informative, thorough , honest, professional and committed to the company in which they worked.
