“Overall, I think Executive Improvements did a good job. I was happy with the final outcome of the project in terms of functionality and look.Pros:- PM Jonathan was very communicative and easy to work with- Final work quality was overall good with no major functional issues- Speed to start and finish the project was very fast- Ease of working through Executive Improvements via Home DepotCons:- Design process was arduous, requiring two very lengthy screenshare phone calls that I would've preferred be more turnkey or asynchronous- Lots of points of contact involved from the initial estimator, to the designer, to the PM, to the day-to-day crew chief- On the ground team did not speak English and was difficult to communicate preferences to without going through the PM- Minor flaws with fixtures were not noticed by the onsite crew and required followup; even upon replacement the materials from the supplier were not totally free of deficiencies, which is more of a supplier issue but still somewhat frustrating- Cost was competitive but seemed like more efficiencies in cost could be found; for example, there were several days where one of the crew members spent most of the day on his cell phone sitting in the corner of the room, and there were also a lot of leftover materials- Team did not put up dust protection, which led to a LOT of construction dust throughout my home- Team could have done a better job with cleaning up debris and dust from my garage and driveway“
