Great customer service great pricing I have no complaints. did A concrete pad for me may be 3 years ago, had to call him back out to do my Concrete patio. All I can say is the team and the crew is awesome and I cannot find a more affordable company anywhere.. Every other company wanted Ten thousand are better. Keep up the good work. You can't make everyone happy But it only takes one.

Had Jem-v install a stamped concrete driveway and walkway -over two years later it is still perfect! He worked with me and even changed some design issues without up charging. He listened to what I wanted, carefully monitored his crew and made certain I was satisfied with he finished product before cleaning up. The crew cleaned up extremely well - there was nothing left for me to do after they left but enjoy the new installation! Highly recommend.Services: Concrete sidewalk building

There was no written contract describing the work that was agreed on. Fortunately I wrote a check to pay them the agreed amount and my Ring cameras recorded their activity. The workmanship is good. They are sloppy and ignored the mess they created. There is concrete spillage in the street gutter and at the end of my driveway. My 5 year old stamped sidewalk has mortar smeared on it. The communication is almost non-existent. They confirmed a day to start, then showed up whenever for the following visits. I also discovered my 10' section of underground drainage pipe was missing from behind my shed after they were paid on the final day. Presumably it is part of my drainage line they installed. I wished they had asked if they could use it. I had other plans for it. If the boss was on site, they were working. When he was not there, they goofed off most of the time. I even found one worker sleeping on my front sidewalk, also recorded by the security cameras. I asked him if he was alright and if I needed to call 911. He sat up and nodded his head... indicating he was ok. I supplied all the workers with bottled water and Gatorade. Several empties were found on my property after they left. The weather was pleasant... in the 50's to 60's most days. This is the 3rd concrete pad they have done for me and the 2nd one for my next door neighbor. As before, the workmanship is good, but sloppy and careless worker attitude. It's better to know what their performance will be, than to hire someone you know nothing about. You have a 50/50 chance of getting someone better or worse. The work was completed in Woodbridge, VA... not in California as Yelp indicated.
