“I have been AMAZED and impressed with KidMed in all of our encounters except today. Medically, we did receive excellent care today, BUT the front desk staff was NOT excellent. Immediately upon my arrival, I had questions about a booked appointment versus a walk in and was met with nastiness and impatience. I was told “Yes, if you hurry up and sit down and complete the paperwork you could potentially be seen sooner” I also overheard this same staff member saying about another family “She must have accidentally put herself on the walk in list and off the appointment list. Oh well. She’ll keep getting bumped by walk ins.” We are bringing our SICK children to this place. The least we could get is some understanding and patience. No one was rude or unruly or did anything that warranted her nasty attitude. This one VERY negative encounter definitely brought down my esteem of this place overall but I WHOLEHEARTEDLY enjoy, respect and appreciate the medical staff.“
