I honestly had all but given up on finding a trusted, reliable and accessible primary care team after retiring from the military in 2016. The team at Sentara (specifically Katie Jagmin) has restored my faith in the medical profession. They listen, ask questions, and truly care about the patient - I feel seen, respected, and heard every time I need to medical care. I simply cannot recommend them enough.
I love the staff, very nice and understanding. They greet you with smiles and positive energy. Dr. Campbell my physical therapist is AMAZING.I was so nervous about doing PT again, since I had such a negative experience in 2011, I vowed I would never go back. But when my surgeon( Dr. Nakao)found out I needed PT for my left knee and right side of my neck, he immediately suggested Sentara PT, and I fell in love on my first visit with Dr. Campbell.
