Had bloodwork done by them and then they had it processed by Mary Washington in November 2022. Colonial provided Mary Washington the wrong diagnostics code and thus the bloodwork was not covered by insurance. I've gone round and round with them about it and have even gotten the medical administrator, Robert Bethke, involved. He called me one time and one time only. Since that time they have done nothing. They won't call the insurance company or contact Mary Washington to get this cleared up. All they need to do is provide the correct code and they won't even do that. I've had nothing but positive experiences at this practice. They get me appointments when I need them, see me on time, and are very responsive and supportive with care, referrals, prescription refills, etc.. They are exceptionally responsive on their patient portal and always take my concerns seriously, ensuring I see the right specialist. My provider is one of the partners, and she and the PA I see have both provided exceptional service and responsiveness and always listened attentively and responded with care and appropriate action.

I had a very positive experience with Kristie today. She really listened to my concerns and addressed them in a way that shows empathy and professionalism. I feel very confident in going forward with Kristie as my provider. I highly recommend her.
