Doctors are nice and attentive but to get my prescription refilled is like pulling teeth. I am told it takes 48-72hrs when you contact by email and its been ...well 6 days and NOTHIN!!!!!!!! Wake up folks. out to move my care to a more attentive and responsive family medical.
They were fine with check ups and managing my medications, but once I had a legitimate health issue, they couldn't be bothered. But they let me know they were annoyed by the amount of messages I sent. I told them that if they continued to ignore me I would be forced to find a new doctor. I never heard back.
