I have been with embracing health for a few years now I like it because they listen to you and care about your needs Amin is very good there very thorough. The front desk has good customer service as well.

The front desk staff were kind and greeted me when I came in. The nurse was nice to me and made me laugh, made me feel comfortable. My doctor was Dr. Janne, she was very nice and listened to all of my concerns and gave me plenty of feedback and requested labs to help me determine what health issues I am having. Thank you, Dr. Janne ?

I have been a patient of Dr. Villarreal since 2010 and I can tell you this much, she has helped me improve my health in so many ways. I feel better at 63 than I did at 50, thanks to her. Now, I have read other negative reviews here and most are about the nurse practitioners and how they treated the patients. I am not addressing that concern. If you want to see Dr. Villarreal, you must specifically say to the front desk that you want to see her and no one else. As for seeing her that very day, that can be very difficult due to a full schedule of patients who scheduled months in advance. so that is why they ask you to go to an urgent care facility.
