Taylor always goes out of his way to help me whenever one of my many recurring injuries pops up. Within minutes, he sends over great workouts and stretches that help get everything back in order quickly. After limping for over 18 months I came to Stafford Physical therapy. I wish I’d found them sooner! I was suffering from a meniscus tear and hamstring injury. Taylor used Dry Needling to address my pain. After just two sessions I had instant pain relief. Both Taylor and Matt then tailored my therapy plan and adjusted it as needed.
