“I did not use this place for services but I had to stop and leave a kind word! I had to go get an employee today while working and on the way I forgot to grab gas and ran out of gas at a bad intersection ( it’s been a hectic day ). The kind Owner, stopped asked if she could help, went and grabbed gas from her own home and came back and didn’t ask for anything in return. She was my savior that day especially with the heat. We laughed and she made me feel less stressed and only wanted to help. I’m glad there are still kind and wonderful people out here. Thank you again ?❤️ I won’t forget today!“

“I took my 7 year old Aussie,Jax,here for boarding for the first time and I was very nervous about it because he’s an anxious dog.However,he was there for 7 days and he did great!The staff played with him,took really good care of him,and he even got a bath! I loved seeing his report card!“

“they did an amazing job. with my mother having a stroke. her poor baby boy Dutton was needing some grooming loving. not only did they do a fantastic job, but they allowed little Dutton to stay with them until I got off work. words can not express just how much they helped me. I would definitely recommend them to anyone. they gave Dutton the cut my mother loves and she was so happy to see him with his cut.“

“I was a bit scared to leave my "velcro" dog with someone else....but since we moved away from the kids.....we had to use Lisa's Bed and Biscuit...

Our first choice doesn't return phone calls or emails anymore....so we were stuck and our trip was coming up...

Fortunately Lisa's came through for us.....and I think our craigs list Tea cup Chihuahua that weighs 50 lbs....I think she grew up a bit“

“We have taken our family dogs to White Oak Animal Hospital for over 25 years now. All of the vets there are fabulous, but a special shout-out to Dr. Bell, who is a rockstar in our eyes for taking such good care of Winnie, our little cockapoo, who got very sick earlier this year with inflammatory bowel disease. She's doing great now thanks to Dr. Bell! Dr. Bell, Dr. Pepper, Dr. Skarbek, and every vet there, and everyone from the ladies at the front to all that work behind the scenes, are incredibly kind and work hard to take care of our pets! Also, their groomers are fabulous - Victoria has groomed our curly pups for years now and is amazing! Thank you, WOAH, for being consistently the best around!“

“We have used Silverbrook a couple of times a year since 2022 for our now 10 year old bulldog. We have had to board her on a few occasions for 2-3 weeks at a time. Every time we have been very happy with the care they provide. Our dog has required different medications during stays and different care for her eyes/nose/wrinkles and she is ALWAYS taken care of. Every staff member has been caring and they are always happy to answer any questions or provide updates when our dog is in their care. Thank you Silverbrook staff!!“
