Colonial K-9 is a highly recommended kennel and dog training facility in Stafford. Clients appreciate the great care and service their dogs receive, as well as the knowledgeable and friendly training staff. The facility is clean and spacious, making it a comfortable place for pets. However, there are some concerns about the introduction process for new dogs in daycare. Clients have mixed experiences, with some praising the fair pricing and the staff's dedication, while others have raised issues about billing practices and lack of communication. Overall, the facility provides good care for the dogs, but improvements in customer service and transparency could enhance the overall experience.
These are good, honest people that work here. I wholeheartedly believe that the eyes care about these pets and their well-being. Would absolutely do business here again.
These folks have a great operation and really took care of one of our dogs that wasn't quite mature enough to take an RV vacation. During that time , our boy Wylie (Rottie-Poo) had a chance to make some new friends. The whole staff from the top down are so pleasant and easy to work with.
Colonial K-9 is the only place I will take my reactive German Shepherd for grooming and boarding. The staff is excellent, and they are very accommodating!
