“Fantastic Workmanship!We recently had a new fence installed by Expert Fence of Alexandria. Can’t tell how pleased we are! The foreman, Jose, came out and conducted an estimate and provided expert advice on the best choice for our property, recommended the optimal wood, and suggested hardware. We took him up on his approach and scheduled an appointment. The team arrived, headed up by another excellent craftsman, also named Jose. They were on time and came with all materials required. They carefully demo’ed and removed our old fence, sparing our shrubs and garden without any damage. The new fence was expertly erected and looked great. They cleaned up and left the property in perfect shape. But wait - there’s more! After the first rainstorm, there appeared a mold-like stain on the gate. Don’t know how or why? I took a couple of photos with my phone and emailed them to Expert Fence. Jose called me and we talked. Neither of us knew why the stain appeared but he offered to send the team out to look at it. Team leader Jose came this morning alone in the truck with all of the tools and materials to rebuild and replace the gate! Working alone, he rebuilt and rehung the gate and again, it looks perfect!
