Barry and his crew are awesome. They did my small yard cedar privacy fence in Old Town Alexandria - including demolishing the old fence - in one day at a very good price. They premade the decorative lattice tops at their shop for quality and speed. From the time Barry came by to look at my place to when they were done was 3 days! My neighbors liked the craftsmanship and speed so much they all contacted Barry and Mill-To-You did THREE other fence replacements along our row of houses...all were completed within the next week. The backs of our houses together now look like a Mill-To-You advertisement. It's nice to know quick quality still exists.

This is the second time in 22 years we've hired Mill To You to construct our fence and custom gates. Barry and his team have done an excellent job both times. This time we chose cedar (previously had pressure-treated) and the fence and custom-designed gates came out beautiful. Mill To You craftsmanship is top-notch and they use quality lumber (not the cheap, thin boards that other companies use). They met every request I had and were very accommodating with quick scheduling and job completion, considering we had the unfortunate experience of our original 22-year old fence blowing over in a recent high wind storm and neighbors on both sides of us having dogs! SUPERB work by a seasoned crew. On Monday, 7 FEB, I saw a neighbor had a new fence installed and so I called Mill-to-You Fences for a quote. Barry, the owner, said he would be in the area the next day (8 FEB) and offered to come out, which he did. After explaining that he is a local business-owner, and that they buy their material from Mills in Canada directly and finish the product locally, I was intrigued. When he told me he preferred to use cedar for the fencing, and wooden caps for the posts, I recognized that this was a company that took pride in the quality of their work and I was sold.
