Very professional and savvy people work for the office, I was extremely impressed with the service provided.
My mother has also enjoyed her time there and has been ecstatic about her experience with them as well, after getting work done on her teeth, specifically Invisalign to prevent her teeth from grinding down as she ages.
If you’re thinking about getting dental work done I can’t recommend them enough.
Highly professional and pleasant experience as usual with Dr. Smiley and Hygienist Ashley, and friendly reception at front desk. Highly recommend for new patients from a patient that has watched the practice mature for over 30 years.
We had a great experience at West Springfield Dental Arts with Dr. Maryam Malik, DMD that made us completely love our experience at their office.
From the moment she walked in, the staff made our family feel welcome and at ease. Dr. Malik was incredibly patient, kind, and attentive. She took the time to explain every step of the cleaning before doing it, checked in throughout the appointment, and never once made us feel rushed or judged for our anxiety. That kind of compassionate, understanding care is genuinely rare.
