I called on Sept 11 to make an appointment the lady on phone was kinda rude I had to repeat myself 5 times what im coming in for I would almost hang up. I’m not going to say the doctor name it’s seem that I’m not getting a good treatment there when the nurse call me go to the room that’s fine but the doctor no questions not even talk about exercising or physical therapy rushing a patient out of door in about a minute or two.

The practice itself is great. Sarah Johns and Kevin are amazing! The problem is the patient portal. There is NO information of value on it. I don't have access to my medical records, I can't obtain any information unless I call. I have to keep track of my annual appointment dates (to ensure insurance will pay) elsewhere as there is nothing on the patient portal. Not sure why it's even a secure site. And we haven't been able to pay our bills online since we started with this practice. You either have to mail a check or call to pay during their business hours.

I love the care I get here. So much better than a previous doctor I used to see at INOVA. Please work with the prior authorization staff on how to use the proper tone of voice when working with patients. A person I encountered was rude and argued with me about why they wouldn’t seek the authorization, even after I explained that my insurance told me they would consider my request.
